Hi all. Just thought I'd drop by and see if we can figure this one out. Sounds a lot like what happened to Lacy

hi liza! he is acting very strange Confused

and he took the kids camping that night in a snow storm, there is no record of camping fees being paid, he said it was a "sudden" trip and he missed work the next day, didnt know what day it was, he got confused, ok, thats a big screaming warning sign Confused

the facts are sketchy yet but the ones weve heard are just bizzare

*shaking my head here*

Hmmm....I had to read it twice because there was a quote from a "Peterson". I had to go back and make sure the name wasn't Peterson! LOL...(It was Powell).

You just don't take a 1 year old and a 4 year old camping in the middle of winter, for crying out loud!!!!!!

He's left Utah and gone up to Washington to be with his Dad. I say it's to avoid police!

Yep..he did show up for the vigil they had in Washington last night. He said he was fired from his job and couldn't make his next house payment. I'll bet he doesn't plan on coming back. His family in Utah have been moving things out of the house. Maybe they expect it to go into foreclosure.

News tonight is that when he rented a vehicle while police had his van, he put several hundred miles on it. No GPS, police have no idea where he drove to. WHY in tarnations didn't they have someone tailing him??????
He probably moved the body.

He came back again this weekend to finish up the basement of his house so he can rent it out. He had left his van inside the garage all this time. Police came with a warrant and took his van. Just had it for a few hours. Some have commented it was maybe to put GPS in it? I would think he would wonder about that himself and make sure he didn't go anywhere in it, but who knows. Scott P. kept driving to the spot he dumped Lacey after LE put GPS in his truck. Just wish they would have followed him (Josh) when he had the rental car!

Wow, I can't believe how so many of these people get away with it.
